How long do I need to wait to organise a booking?

We can generally accomodate last minute photo shoots on most weekends. Give us a call to find out if we can book your at your preferred time.

What should I bring on the day of my shoot?

On the day of your shoot please bring your pets favourite toys, blanket or keepsake! Something that you associate with your pet. You are most welcome to bring your own props, however we have a variety of props available for your use such as;

Bandanas, bow ties, head wear, flowers, signs, balls, a range of toys, sticks, dog clothing, baskets, boxes, feather boa’s, glasses, dog footwear, etc.

Can I have a plain shoot without props?

Of course you can! We are experienced at producing an amazing portraits of your pet that you can cherish forever.

Can I purchase a single canvas or acrylic image?

Yes! Please contact us to discuss options for a custom package that will suit your needs.

How long does it take for my canvas/acrylic print to arrive once I place the order?

It usually takes 4-6 business days for a canvas/acrylic print to arrive at your door, once the order is placed.

 How we differ from other pet photographers…

  • We will give you your digital images to keep!

  • We can offer you 4 different background colours in a single session – in particular with our ‘premium’ photo package.

  • We will send you the digital images as ‘previews’ so that you that you can decide which prints you would like - with no time constraints or pressure.

  • We leave it up to you to decide if you want to purchase additional canvas, acrylic or framed images from us.

Who can I bring to the shoot?

For each shoot we assume up to four people and/or pets will arrive. Anything more than 4 people and/or pets can be built into a custom package. Please contact us for more information.

How long will I need to wait before I can see the images after the shoot?

We typically send you the images within 48 hours of your shoot – depending on our schedule; you may receive the images on the same day!
